    Hopefully these do not end up causing severe pain. They are not very comfortable. These shoes fit tight and there is an outer arch which is hard and extremely bothersome. Hasn't caused any pain in the 10 minutes I've had them on walking around my apartment, just uncomfortable. Hopefully it won't hurt during long periods of wear at work. Memory foam does not make a good insole. You need something with resistance, padding, and shock absorption. Memory foam has none of that.
