I have owned many different boots in my line of work. I am a food service delivery driver, I move about 25,000 lbs of food out the back of a tractor-trailer, and down a ramp. In rain storms, on greasy kitchen floors at an average of 7 miles per day. After one year, or approx 1,750 miles and 6.25 MILLION pounds of food later, these boots are still worth wearing. It wasn't until the 10th month that I got new insoles, and had to glue the toe of the boot back on( where the sole comes up the toe started to separate). I have never had a shoe hold together this well for this long, I could probably get another 3-4 months out of the tread on the bottom, but my yearly boot allowance is available, so I will keep these in the cab of my truck as an extra pair.
I have had good traction in all situations, all the stitching is holding together, the waterproof is still functional.
Overall rating of 4 star because of the toe separating and needing glue, if they would wrap the toe all the way to the top of the boot (like keen does in most of their styles) i believe the toe would not have this issue.
