I got these after a coworker's advice, saying they are comfortable. I've been wearing steel tips for over 20 yrs. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They are very light weight. I can't rate on the arch support since I have my own orthotics that I wear.

I ordered this shoe on the advice of one of the guys in my plant. He has the men's version, and said it is the most comfortable shoe he has ever owned. He is NOT wrong! The women's version is amazing. I stand on my feet for 12 hours, and I can say with the utmost authority that this shoe is worth every penny of its price. The memory foam is actually comfortable, and when they say it fits a wide, it does. I will say this shoe is true to size, so order whatever size you actually wear. And if you want a little room, order the wide.
