NOTE: Shipping costs for Canadian orders are approximate. Someone from our office will contact you with the final amount for approval before the orders is charged. Returns & ExchangesPrior authorization must be received before returning new shoes for credit. Authorization can be obtained between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm by calling 1-888-933-5540. Soiled shoes cannot be exchanged unless they are judged to be defective and defective shoes may be returned without authorization. If two or more pairs of shoes are returned without an exchange, there will be a restocking fee of $5 per shoe. |
