Returns & Exchanges

Prior authorization must be received before returning new shoes for credit. Authorization can be obtained between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm by calling 1-888-933-5540. Soiled shoes cannot be exchanged unless they are judged to be defective and defective shoes may be returned without authorization.
